Spacious Bayview Room with Balcony & Parking

Bright, comfortable and spacious room in SHARED condo in one of the Miami's most central location near beaches, shops and nightlife. This private air-conditioned room features a relaxing balcony, lots of closet space, a flat screen TV with smart streaming capabilities. You enjoy free parking and self-service laundry use and the assistance of a local friendly host who is ready to assist you with any needs.

It must be noted that the host live in the condo and you will be sharing bathroom and dining area with. Access to the property is by electronic lock and entry code that you will be provided by host upon arrival.

You will enjoy the privacy of your own room that features lots of closet space, TV and balcony overlooking the bay. The bathroom will be shared with me who stays in the living room.

You may enjoy it in the dining table, and use the microwave to heat meals or the fridge to store some takeout food, however the reservation does NOT include kitchen privileges (such as cooking en entire meal). A Keurig coffee maker will be available upon request with k-cups, and a tea variety.

The place is a completely clothing-optional space, where respect and mutual boundaries are encouraged.
