Hi guys, I offer you a Shared place in a cosy apartment in the heart of Audenaerde, Flemish Ardens. When you are a couple, ask me before if you could stay in my place.
In the buiding there is an elevator, so always good for older people. Certain rooms such as the (new) bathroom, toilet, (new) kitchen and living room be shared with me.
When you have not a problem with that, you sleep with me in my double bed, or I will sleep in my working room on a airbed. So let me know what you prefer by our first contact that we will have.
A little breakfast is possible with me and is included (we communicate it in our first contact for the hours) or you can prepared it by yourself in the kitchen.
You can work quietly in the living room, there is a free WiFi. Also there is a ******** chromecast in my place that you can used with my "non-Smart" big LCD Tv.
I`m a naturist so clothing is optional, nudity is possible in consultation with me. I walk a lot of time naked in my place, If you not be a naturist, no problem, i keep my clothes on, please let me know before you stay by me. Put it in your request and I will keep this in mind.
No smoking allowed inside! There are smokingdetectors every where. Smoking can only on the balcony. Enter the balcony is only possible with clothes on! That`s a strict rule! There is a school on the other side.
For adventurers among you, you can enjoy walking or cycling in the beautiful region of the Flemish Ardennes. I have many walking routes and cycling routes available. I also have a bicycle (non electric) that you can use free during your stay.
Visiting citys, The Audenaerde Market is 1 km away with many cozy cafes and restaurants and the river Schelde is about 2 km away, where you can also enjoy a lovely walk along the side off the river. You can also be in Brussels in 1 hour and in Ghent in half an hour by train, and from these train stations you can visit whole Belgium. You are 10-minute walk from Audenaerde train station. There are bus stops in the immediate vicinity and you can park on a free public car park after the building or free in my street.
That is in a nutshell my nice place that I rent.
