Room in apartment in Castropol (Poblado)

Enjoy a private room in a cozy apartment. The bathroom is outside the room. I live here and some days I work from home. We can cook together or you can prepare your own food, as you like.

You can use the amenities of the apartment: kitchen, dining room, TV sofa, and study. The building has a wet area, gym and swimming pool. I usually go to bed early and get up early. If you are quiet you can stay up late without a problem.

It is located on the top floor of a residential building with 3 towers. Two blocks away is Las Palmas Avenue, with places to eat, shop or go to the market. 10 minutes from the Manila neighborhood, a traditional neighborhood with restaurants, stores, cafes, bakeries, gyms and yoga. A 20 minute walk or 10 minutes by car is the party area, with gay places like Chiquita and Purple, and many gay friendly bars. A 20 minute walk away is the Poblado Metro station.
