THE CASITA (GUESTHOME): This Private Casita is in the back yard of the main house. There is a private walkway with dial pad/keyless entry. The outdoor features conversation furniture sets with a peekaboo mountain views. The Casita is equipped with a full size kitchen (fridge, stove, and WD combo). Common/shared area fenced yard with lounges, eating table, and umbrellas large yard with a beautiful pool and a Hot Tub to relax after an afternoon of activity.

VEHICHLES: Max 1 vehiche, street parking, cannot block mailbox.

POOL/SPA HEATING OPTIONS: -Oct - Apr, $150 per day for pool heating (heated upon request only) -$25 per usage for spa (please advise you want the pool or SPA a minimum of 1 hr before using)

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: -Please note all outdoor common areas are under 24 hours surveillance with camera -Private areas do not have cameras

RULES AND NOTES: -The property must remain quiet at all time and 100% quiet after 10 pm// -NO MUSIC/SPEAKERS at the pool by Cat City law, headsets acceptable// -STVR Cathedral City Regulations clearly enforce backyard use (shared/common area) only accessible everyday from 8am-5pm. You can enjoy floating on the pool, we have beach towels available for you// -Happy to help out with any questions and will take the guests lead on interactions. I love meeting new people, but will always respect your preference for privacy during your stay// -You have access to BBQ for cooking a fantastic meal. Utensils and plates are available for you. If you need anything else I’m there for you to help to make your stay memorable/// -Please note one small 9lb Chihuahua /Miniature Poodle mix, Triceratops, is supreme queen on the grounds. She is shy and takes time to ease up with with other dogs and humans. Interactions with other dogs should be supervised/// -Other pets are allowed with pet fee. Small crates are available to borrow if needed.
