DESERT OASIS - Private Cozy Hideaway

1) no smoking in the house and no smoking outside in your courtyard. No grills or burners of any kind, inside or outside. No fire.

2) Maximum allowed occupancy is 2 guests and 1 vehicle.

3) No amplified music to be heard at anytime.

4) 12% TOT (transient Occupancy Tax) city mandatory will be added to your bill.

5) All guests shall respect the neighbor's privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

6) The Use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m are prohibited.

7) All guests MUST be verified, please don't send an inquiry if not interested in the verification process.

8) Please keep all communications to the misterb&b messaging platform.

9) FYI, California is PST Time zone, 3 hours behind east coast USA.

In most cases you might be able to provide approximate arrival within the hour. If not, morning, afternoon or evening will suffice.

SMOKING
NO SMOKING inside or outside your room. sorry, No grills or burners of any kind inside or outside. FIRE OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

LOCK & KEY
You will receive a key that unlocks your sliding glass door lock.

TV
Smart TV with local channels & Roku Movies.
Press the power button, select Antenna TV, left arrow is your Guide/Search.
or select Roku app then select movie.
The TV volume is located on the right side of the remote control.

KEURIG COFFEE/TEA MACHINE
Lift clear reserve straight up, fill with water, place reserve back in place, select on, when blinking select large cup size. If light comes on you'll need to add more water. Help yourself to the creamers in the refrigerator and sugars on table.

BATHROOM
There is one light that looks like a light, but it is a sky light with no on/off switch, this goes off when the sun sets.

Guest will have there own private space similar to renting a hotel room, but without the exorbitant hotel prices and fees.

Car is best. Free designated parking available on site.

Your private cozy hideaway is isolated away from the main house and kitchen. No kitchen or access to main house.
