Welcome to this exquisite compound featuring four casita-style bedrooms with private bathrooms, all arranged around a spacious pool. While the bedrooms offer privacy, the common areas inside the house and outside, including the outdoor shower, patios, living room, dining room, and kitchen, are shared among guests. The outdoor kitchen is well-equipped with a grill, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and refrigerator.
The secluded backyard is a haven with the pool and spa, providing the perfect setting for relaxation under the sun or stars. We have ample umbrellas and a tree strategically placed to offer shade to those who prefer to be in the water without direct exposure to the sun. Additionally, the rooftop deck offers breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains.
This unique property showcases the charm of old Palm Springs architecture, where the guest bedrooms are separate from the main structure. I have renovated this home, emphasizing this distinctive feature, and now offer the opportunity to rent a room while other guests also enjoy their stay on this expansive property. This arrangement allows you to experience the luxury of a large estate while only paying for a single room.

Gregg's place is a perfect get away! From the cozy room to the amazing pool, you can't beat this location. Gregg is also an amazingly kind and generous host. Telling stories by the pool and giving some amazing advice, he is a wonderful host. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

We LOVED our stay at Gregg's house! The description is spot on - all of the rooms are fantastic, spacious, and clean. The pool was beyond amazing, and the location is quite close to everything in downtown PS. More than anything, Gregg was an amazing host - we felt very taken care of, appreciated his flexibility. We will be back!

We stayed for 4 nights last month at Gregg's fantastic property. The entire house and grounds are stunning, well designed and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our room was a good size for 2 and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Our only regret was we didnt get a chance to use the amazing garden and pool because of the weather - but next time for sure! We really loved the shared spaces - the kitchen and living area, and of course the garden at the back. The rooftop deck was nice too with a view of the surrounding neighbourhood and the mountain. Gregg is a great host, very friendly, welcoming and responsive in his communication. Check in and out was easy as can be. Hope we get a chance to come back to Palm Springs and Gregg's beautiful place.

I was extremely happy with my stay at Gregg's place. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool and common area was perfect, and the location was central. Gregg was also beyond accommodating of my last minute travel plans. This is definitely my new go to place to stay in Palm Springs.
