This unique property has the old Palm Springs style where the guest bedrooms were separate from the main structure. I have remodeled this home, accentuating this feature, and now am offering an opportunity to rent a room on a property where other guests are also staying. This allows you the opportunity to stay in a large house and only need pay for a single room.
This particular listing is for the BLUE bedroom in the main house (see attached photos).
This property boasts a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with additional three separate casita style bedrooms with private bathrooms grouped around the huge pool, deck, patio. All 5 bedrooms with private baths share the common areas inside the house including living room, den, dining room, and kitchen
The heated pool and spa in the secluded backyard provide the perfect spot for relaxing in the sun of under the stars. A rooftop deck provides stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The house is full of details and artwork. We loved it and had a wonderful time, feeling very comfortable at all times. My partner and I had an amazing time in the blue room. The bathroom was spacious, and Gregg was an incredible host. I would definitely stay here again.

Gregg was a great host. I got in later than expected due to traffic, Gregg was there to greet me and show me around the premises. Gregg also gave me tips on places to visit in the area which I really appreciated being this was my first visit to Palm Springs. Beautiful home and a very beautiful location, the other guests were friendly and helpful as well. Enjoyed my stay.

Loved staying at Greggs property again, All rooms are off a high standard. Greg is welcoming and accommodating. It's like staying with family. we had some great conversations and laughs, had to stay an extra night and he accommodated this request at the last moment its home from home. It is in a safe area, very close by to all the shop, venues bars and clubs, no issues getting around, Greg is also a great host, looking out for you and checking to make sure I was ok, definitely will return 👍🙏

I can't say enough about this amazing property. Greg is incredible-not only with communication but his place is impeccable. Each room is thoughtfully and creatively designed in the common area is just exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely return here so I can invite several other friends as it is a perfect place for a group to get away. Thank you Greg for making me feel so welcome in your beautiful beautiful home. I will be back
