Welcome to this exquisite compound featuring four casita-style bedrooms with private bathrooms, all arranged around a spacious pool. While the bedrooms offer privacy, the common areas inside the house and outside, including the outdoor shower, patios, living room, dining room, and kitchen, are shared among guests. The outdoor kitchen is well-equipped with a grill, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and refrigerator.
The secluded backyard is a haven with the pool and spa, providing the perfect setting for relaxation under the sun or stars. We have ample umbrellas and a tree strategically placed to offer shade to those who prefer to be in the water without direct exposure to the sun. Additionally, the rooftop deck offers breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains.
This unique property showcases the charm of old Palm Springs architecture, where the guest bedrooms are separate from the main structure. I have renovated this home, emphasizing this distinctive feature, and now offer the opportunity to rent a room while other guests also enjoy their stay on this expansive property. This arrangement allows you to experience the luxury of a large estate while only paying for a single room.

Gregg's home was wonderful! The room was perfect for our getaway weekend in Palm Springs. The hot tub was exactly what we needed. Gregg is an amazing host and cannot wait to come back!

Outstanding stay at Gregg's house! He was available at my check-in time to give a tour of the place. He made it clear during my stay that he was committed to my satisfaction. I had the opportunity to spend an afternoon with him that reaffirmed he's a charming dude with wonderful stories to tell from his life and career. The location also is easily walkable to the downtown district. Looking forward to a future visit!

This is a beautiful place in a great location with a pleasant and responsive host. It s a great place for an individual or group to stay as the rooms are all around a central courtyard and there is full kitchen and outdoor grill area. I posted a picture and found out several of my friends have stayed here also! I'll definitely be staying again.

Gregg was an excellent host. Most accommodating and helpful. His place is perfectly located and beautifully furnished for a great oasis weekend. I love the feel of open home, yet still a private room and meeting fellow guests was an added bonus. I'll return, stay longer and make full use of the Oasis next time.

Gregg's place was great! The yard is really cool with lots of different areas to relax, the pool was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. We were able to get around easy without a car and by walking most places. I'd stay again if I'm back in Palm Springs

What an incredible experience! Will definitely return. Gregg (host) was very welcoming, personable, and made the stay enjoyable. And the place, oh the place. It was beautiful! Our room was large and came with a kitchenette, including a full size fridge and freezer. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels and accommodations. AC rocked - perfect for PS. The pool and spa made it hard for us to motivate to go anywhere else. Gregg took great care of us and share stories of his travel adventures. Truly felt at home

Gregg was very communicative and flexible during our entire stay. He allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was greatly appreciated. The property was lovely and very well kept, and we had an enjoyable time socializing with the other guests. We will definitely stay here again!
