The Orange Room, Stylish and Private Palm Springs Oasis

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Gregg's property. Gregg was super communicative and friendly throughout our visit. We enjoyed the cleanliness and attention to detail that Gregg's house offered. It was the perfect getaway spot as the location is prime for visiting the historic downtown Palm Springs area. We can't wait for our next visit and will be book again with Gregg.

Everything was perfect. The room and the house were great and Gregg was a very good host. We hope to return soon.

Excellent accommodations. House and rooms were clean and well kept. Very comfortable and quiet. The outside area was amazing for hanging by the pool and spa and watching the night sky. Gregg was an excellent host and highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely book again.

It was a wonderful stay at Gregg's Home! The House is very clean, you'll find everything you need at his place! We used the BBQ, because we wanted one to not go out for dinner, and even the BBQ was very clean! If we could give more than five stars, we would give definitly more! It's a very quiet and peacelful place! The pool was amazing! There are even more things to talk about, but we honestly just would say that you need to find out by yourself how amazing this place is! Thanks Gregg for this wonderful stay at your place!

I had a great stay in the Orange Room at Gregg's place! The location couldn't have been more perfect—close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The room itself was wonderful: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space—the pool and yard are absolutely beautiful and clearly very well cared for. It made the whole experience perfect. The house itself is just as charming, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I'd happily stay here again or any of the rooms and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to unwind!

We had a wonderful time staying at Gregg's place. We had everything we needed. Gregg was quick to respond when we had questions. We only wish we could have stayed a little longer.

I’ll start by saying Gregg is the best MrB&B host I’ve ever worked with. My flight got in early and he immediately offered to meet me early and let me get into my room so I could relax. The place is absolutely perfect set up. My room (the Orange Room) was clean, quiet and quite beautiful. His art is great, his taste is great, and I could not have been more pleased when I walked into my room. I loved that it is clothing optional ( in the back yard, he respectfully asks not in the house to avoid issues with neighbors and people sitting naked on the furniture. The main house is beautiful, and newly remodeled. All appliances are pretty new and could cook my own meals when I needed. Gregg offered free Kurig coffee too. The house and room locking system is ingenious and super easy.. using a code, so I didn’t have another key to lug around and worry about loosing. The outdoor showers were really nice too...I could rinse off from the saltwater pool or just take my morning shower out in the beauty of the outdoors. The outdoor shower has a chest high wall for some privacy too. Overall, absolutely perfect IMO. No need for me to look for another place to stay in Palm Springs when visiting, I’m already planning my next stay!

Greg is a super host and his house with individual spaces and communal spaces is a wonderful oasis amidst all the various activities to enjoy while in Palm Springs. I wish to return and stay here again.
