Vacation in style in this beautiful, fully loaded, private 2-room suite in my newly constructed home located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This gorgeous suite has a bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bath, and comfortable "living" room with a layout that allows complete privacy, including separate keyless entrance. The pool mountain views are truly spectacular.

The suite is designed to give you as much privacy as you want. A separate french-door entrance opens into a front room that includes a 65" Smart HDTV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee (Keurig and french press), and a couch (that folds out into a queen size memory foam sleeper). Step through the full (tub & shower) ensuite bath into the bedroom outfitted with a king-size bed and another HDTV.

You'll have full access to the patio during your stay. Spend all day by the pool with its stunning mountain view. Have breakfast at the covered patio table, and then spend the day lounging by the pool, which also features a baja shelf with umbrella. Later on, light the fire pit and watch the sunset, fire up the grill for dinner, and treat yourself to some jacuzzi time under the stars (and there are not telephones poles or electricity wires to spoil the view). The pool (including the jacuzzi) can be heated for an additional fee; rates vary depending on the season, so please inquire. Also note that it can take 8-24 hours to heat the pool depending on the season.

Also, there is a 13% transient occupancy tax (12% for Cathedral City, 1% for Greater Palm Springs) which I must collect on behalf of Cathedral City that must be paid at check-in (********, ********, or ******** only). These fee are billed separately and paid at check-in.

The patio/pool area is a shared space that I sometimes use. You can access the patio by going through shared space in the house, or via a side gate. The pool is clothing optional if you wish. Pool maintenance visits twice a week, and the landscaper once a week, but they do not have inside access to the house.

EV charging is available (Tesla ******** miles per hour of charging.)

After booking, you'll receive an email with a digital guidebook for the property that includes all passcodes, wifi info, and a list of all the local attractions, restaurants, etc.

There's no smoking allowed anywhere on the property, and unfortunately no pets are allowed either. Please note: Cathedral City has a noise regulation disallowing outside music at any time, so make sure to bring your airpods and headphones. This is not a party house. Other Things To Note 1. There is a 13% occupancy tax payable which I must collect on behalf of Cathedral City that must be paid at check-in (********, ********, or ******** only). 2. Fees for heating the pool and jacuzzi ($145/day) or jacuzzi alone ($50/day) are billed at check-in. 3. We are allowed a maximum of 4 guests and 2 cars per city regulations. 4. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. City regulations prohibit the use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. 5. City noise regulations stipulate that no outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line. 6. Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. 7. The person entering the rental contract, must be at least 25 years of age. This responsible person, must sign a "Guest Agreement Acknowledgement" form, which I will forward to you after booking for completion. * The aforementioned city regulations are outlined by the City of Cathedral City in CCMC 5.96. If your actions result in any citations or violations, you will be responsible for the fines. * Guests agree to hold the owner/host harmless for any injury arising from their use of the premises.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ronnie's house during Palm Springs Pride! We were close to all the action (10-15 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs), but also glad we could retreat to a quiet neighborhood when we wanted some rest. The king-size bed was a dream, made with the softest memory foam ever! We didn't have time to relax with Ronnie by his pool, but he was perfectly pleasant in every interaction we had. He was easily reachable by text if we ever needed anything. Five stars all around!

Ronnie was an amazing host from the fluid communication to the easy check in and the easy access to this two room suite with private bath. The home is beautifully furnished and the outside pool and spa area were a wonderful reprieve with lounges and umbrellas. Frequent dips in the pool were appreciated and the views to the mountains were amazing. This property being on the western side of Cathedral City made it an easy drive to Palm Springs. A highly recommended property.

Ronnie's place is excellent. Check in was so smooth and effortless, we managed to check in early which was a bonus. We didn't see ronnie much due to having so much plans but he was always available for help if need be. The bed and sofa bed is very comfortable and the pool area is so relaxing it's perfect to unwind after a long day. I hope to stay again in the near future, thank you :)
