We operate as a classic English style home bed and breakfast, consequently there is limited access to kitchen facilities: feel free to make coffee and tea, toast, cereal, etc., or to store drinks and leftovers in the fridge on a space available basis. There is also a microwave for reheating leftovers. In general, however, guests are expected to take lunch and dinner out unless other arrangements have been made and general cooking facilities are not provided. The pool and jacuzzi are clothing optional when all guests are male. Please note that we do not generally keep the pool heated. If you are staying during the colder winter months and want a heated swimming pool please ask about the heating surcharge which varies depending on how much gas it takes to bring the temperature up to 82 degrees or higher. Although the pool is not heated, however, the jacuzzi is always available free of any surcharge on 30 minutes notice. General house rules are a matter of courtesy for other guests and thoughtfulness for our neighbors; consequently we are a Non-smoking, illegal drug-free house; do not take glass into the pool area; and respect city nouse ordinances restricting loud music outdoors. Due to lease restrictions and insurance liabilities, we are Not set up for either children or pets.

Staying at Casa Cerritos Green Room was great. This spacious, lovely home is in a perfect, quiet location in Palm Springs. Travis is an amazing host. The view of the mountains is inspiring. Thanks for a fantastic home base during my trip.

We had a wonderful stay! Travis was incredibly kind and interesting. He prepared delicious breakfasts, and the beautiful house with the pool and the hot tub made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Travis was a very gracious host. He's easy to talk with, his helpful & thorough info for navigating the spaces was appreciated, and his breakfasts were delicious and picture-worthy! The house is spacious and welcoming, and the views from the backyard enchanting. I enjoyed visiting not only with Travis but also with the other guests while I was there. Highly recommend!

Outstanding B&B. Travis was great to work with from start to finish. His breakfasts were especially good. He provided a warm and friendly place to stay during Pride. The bathroom was kept very clean w 3 people using it. Loved the private terrace my room had. The bubbler had a soothing sound. The pool and hot tub were relaxing at night. The host would get the water heated up w just a quick request. Will stay here again.

Travis's place is clean, organized, private and located in a quiet neighborhood in Palm Spring. Though, it is not too far to the heart of PS where shops and restaurants are. Had a great time staying there.

The space is very nice and the room was just as advertised. As the listing states, it does very much operate as a traditional bed and breakfast. Do not expect to use the kitchen, though Travis does make breakfast every morning.

Really stellar home with an excellent pool deck and other amenities. Travis is a great welcoming host who provided helpful advice and books about what to see and do in the area, and he cooked up a delicious breakfast too. Great location close to most everything. Would stay there again for sure.

Travis is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have everything they need for a wonderful stay. Homemade breakfast is an especially nice touch. The home is beautiful and affords all the privacy and amenities you expect.

We had such a pleasant stay at Travis' place. It was very comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, and Travis made us feel very much at home. Must not forget to mention the breakfasts, as they really were delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you Travis for such an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!
