I met Vincent on the Thursday of my stay. He was polite and hospitable. Great pool and very comfy bed. My only negative was when speaking on text to the host, He said few times that I had a super budget rate and that its high season. When its low season, he mentioned this a few times. I personally found $75 a tad steep for an extra guest in the same bed a bit steep due to the original room rate per day. (My friend stayed elsewhere). But having said that when meeting him in person he was very sweet and kind.

Palm Springs high season Sept - May inc. Your booking slipped through a year prior to your 2018 dates on old 2017 low season single occupancy rates (approx. half price). I honored your reservation even though I did not need to. Later you changed dates/duration, again I honored that without penalty. Last minute you considered an additional guest. The extra guest fee quoted was higher than usual in order to bring your booking to current season rates for you guys to have a larger room. Your buddy opted to spend more at a budget motel. You got terrific value from a gracious host! Celebrate!!

Very nice place with off street parking. Clean and comfortable with a nice private bath. My first mister b&b and Vincent made things so easy. He was also welcoming, friendly and gracious. Hopefully will stay there again Highly recommended

I decided on the spur of the moment to spend a few days in Palm Springs over the New Year's weekend. It was my first time using mister&b and I came across Vincent's posting. I'm so glad I did because not only did I get a great deal with the price but the room was immaculately clean, the bed very comfortable and Vince was a great host. He recommended things to do and see over New Year's Eve which I was really grateful for because I was at a lost in what to do. I highly recommend Vince's Villa style getaway.

I was very comfortable staying with Vincent. I chose the smaller room and it turned out to be quiet, clean, with a comfy bed and a bathroom two steps away. Vincent was a considerate and friendly host. Location was great for getting around the desert.

It was a great experience staying at Vincent's. Nice room with my own bathroom. Safe and quiet area. Close to the airport and downtown. Vincent, the host is wonderful and warm.

Had a great time staying with Vince. He graciously upgraded me to a larger room with in-suite bath. Vince was very helpful in providing suggestions for things to do during my stay. I throughly enjoyed the heated pool day and night. I can't wait to return and stay at Vince's place again.

Vince was a great host--friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He made sure I had everything I needed for the stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have the pool for an evening or morning swim!
