The backyard oasis is has a refreshing 30-foot long pool and soothing spa / hot tub. Lounging options offer you private sunning, shaded tables and chairs for morning coffee or a meal. An outdoor grill is available, too. There is a fire pit for your evening cocktail. Nighttime stargazing is spectacular!
Your private bedroom - with ONE queen bed and cotton linens - has views of the mountains. You’ll have your own adorable mid-century styled not-so-mini-fridge and coffee/tea maker in your space with closet as well as complementary WiFi. Your (across the hall) bathroom includes combination tub/shower and is for your exclusive use!
The pool can be heated - at additional cost - in SPRING and AUTUMN. SUMMER-time pool temp is a perfect 85-88F.
Please be mindful that two sweet IN-door cats reside here as well.

In 13-17 minutes you can be in downtown Palm Springs, enjoying bars, shops and restaurants along the Arenas Road Gay District and other hot spots. Since more than 50% of the town’s population is gay, some refer to Palm Springs and Cathedral City as a "gay retirement-resort village!” It’s a wonderful place to be gay and gray (and their admirers!). There are plenty of gay bars with live entertainment, and mixed crowds, too.
There's something for everyone in this desert oasis. Coachella Valley is small enough that you can rent a bike and see most of the starkly beautiful outdoor attractions, including Sunnylands, the former Annenberg Estate, less than 4 miles away.
