The Reveal
My home is a simple and well-kept 2-bdrm 2-bath mid-century bungalow. In Palm Springs tradition, the completely private pool invites clothes-free playfulness (warmed by the sun May-Sep), and during cool months you can warm up in the steam room or by indoor/outdoor fireplaces. Your room is bright with queen-sized bed, desk, and reading chair. Your bathroom is three steps down the hall from both bedrooms. The other bathroom near the kitchen has a group shower/steam room. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and snacks, so bring something to BBQ and you’ll never need to leave while you're here! Downtown restaurants and clubs are a mile away and Lyft is readily available. My interest is in being your host, and we appreciate a good conversation with you! This is my home, not just a rental, as i split time between the high country of Colorado, Palm Springs, and my Sprinter van. Come to the desert!

Palm Springs is historic and home to one of the largest (by percentage) gay populations in the world. We run the town (literally! Our town council is 100% LGBT). And, the desert has a unique appeal as a place to relax and restore. Some think of Palm Springs as an ideal destination for gay men to let loose with plenty of exclusively men-only resorts, clubs, and events. Others see PS as a place to get lost in the sunshine and a good book. There is always something, and nothing, to do here.

Had a very enjoyable stay - the bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The property possesses all the ingredients for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing with the host and exchanging very interesting conversations. He'll follow your lead; engage with him as you care to. I'm familiar with Palm Springs but was unfamiliar with the neighborhood. Was pleased it was close to the distractions I was after. Will book again

What an incredibly stay at Vince's place. He is such a gentleman and incredible host. His place is spotless and the pool is fantastic. Definitely staying at his place every time I visit PS.
