A spacious studio with separate private entrance, with an exceptional view from the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, king bed, private terrace for dining and sitting outside, shared pool and spa with main house, Clothing optional accepted, 65" HDTV, premium channels (any movies purchased will be deducted from security), convection microwave, dishwasher, gas cook top, coffeemaker, refrigerator, luxury sheets and towels, and just a 15 minute drive to airport and downtown Palm Springs. There are abundant hiking trails. This unique studio embodies luxury living in the heart of Palm Springs, offering an exceptional lifestyle and timeless elegance. IMPORTANT NOTE Due to the high cost of utilities, the pool is not always heated. If you want the pool or hot tub heated there is an additional $100 per day fee and I need 24 hour notice.

Heating the pool and hot tub is $100 per day due to the high cost of utilities and that is extra to the rent. My Casita is Smoke Free, so please use the terrace outside if you need to smoke. My home is not inside Palm Springs city limits, so you may use music devices around the pool at appropriate sound levels. No loud music after 10:00 PM. If you are staying 6 or more nights, then I can arrange to let you use a washing machine and dryer.
