THE RED ROOM, STYLISH AND PRIVATE PALM SPRINGS OASIS

I loved staying in the Red Room and taking full advantage of the beautiful house and grounds. This home, and each of the rooms, are full of art and books and there are great fixtures (yes, dimmable lights!). The property is located in a good neighborhood, convenient even for walking to a few spots (like Market Market, and the South Lykken Trailhead up the mountain). Gregg was helpful in making sure I could operate the spa. The grounds of the property are well maintained with mesquite and palo verde trees, and agaves, and more. I loved my three day stay.

Talk about having your expectations exceeded. The host is a sensational persona and most accommodating. The home is lovely and the room I booked was nothing but first rate all the way. The grounds are lovely with top flight amenities, and the location is incredibly well-situated to just about anything you want to do or see. I highly recommend booking ANY of the rooms at this home. You will not be disappointed. I intended to make numerous returns to this property and am spreading the word to friends.

My partner and I had a wonderful getaway at Gregg's Oasis. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities. The home was spotless, beautifully arranged, and decorated with thoughtfully chosen art. It's clear Gregg put great care into designing this space. He was also incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this oasis and would love to return. Our only regret is not getting the chance to meet Gregg in person!

My friend and I stayed in the Red Room for 4 nights. The room and bathroom were good size for the two of us (and nicely furnished/decorated). The bed was very comfortable. The Red Room is connected to the nicely decorated and furnished home (including the fully stocked kitchen). Being in PS in early June, the a/c kept the bedroom very comfortable. The outdoor pool, hot tub, grill and lounge chairs...all very nice. Gregg was an excellent host. I will definitely stay at Gregg's B&B again. (Also, very conveniently located to downtown PS and bars/restaurants).

Greg's place is amazing! This was our second time staying there, and even though we were the only one's staying on the property this time around it was still a wonderful stay! We love to be social, but having the place to just us turned out to be the perfect situation for us this time. We really had the chance to reconnect with each other! Thanks Greg!!! ❤💋

We had a great time at Gregg's place. Great location and fantastic house, we're going to miss the pool area. We highly recommend staying here. Gregg is an amazing host and such a lovely guy, the world needs for Greggs in the world. Next time we're in Palm Springs we would definitely stay again.

Great setup, the room feels like a private suite

Was such a relaxing experience, very social yet still intimate. I'm more of an introverted person so I really appreciated the small crowd that was also staying for the weekend as a opposed to a different environment. Everything was promised as advertised and Gregg was an absolute gem in communicating and making sure was satisfied and having a good time. Def would recommend staying and I myself will be coming back

We had a lovely 5 nights and the Red Room was well appointed and comfortable. We were fortunate to have compatible neighbors. The pool and spa are delightful. This property exceeded our expectations.

Gregg is an amazing host! He is attentive and accommodating to his guests. The place is stellar from its design to its location. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants and still in a quiet neighborhood to help you relax. We were lucky enough to have several other guests at the house while we were there, and that gave it a small hotel vibe while at the same time giving you space when you needed it. If this is your first or 100th time in PS I recommend you stay here.
