("Cathedral City STVR Permit #********) Both our guests rooms are of a comfortable size. Our Malibu Queen offers a modern canopy queen bed, in warm, Tropical, Mediterranean, colors. With Wifi, full Cable and Dvd player and private bath adjacent. With a new bonus to this guests room. We removed a window, added an exit door and built a beautiful private patio, for lounging and star gazing with a private path to our pool, patio and spa. As well, a second queen guest room is available in Reds and Grey, (The Retro Room) for an addition 3rd and or 4th guest, with the guests bath only a few feet away. Within a home that is over 2100 sq ft, with spacious open floor plan, great room with 18 ft ceilings, large kitchen, all presented with a modern feel. Step out back, through our French doors onto our very private, (always clothing optional) pool and spa Oasis. Designed in warm tangerine and lime green tones, with many seating and lounging options. Your host, a very happy, married male couple of over 35 years, who love and adore meeting new people. Our local laws and regulations, require us to collect a 12% TOT tax, per-reservation. As Mister BnB in our area does not assist us with tax collections, (as they do in other areas) it is our responsibility. Because we do not except Visa or Debit, we would ask for ********, check, of to my ******** Acct, from our guests upon check in, to cover the Tot Tax only. Your reservation charges will be charged by Misterbnb, with your credit, debit or ********. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We as well wanted to let our guests know that we have two, very small, lap dogs (Multi Poo's) that do not shed and are hypoallergenic. When we are out and about or at work, they stay behind closed doors of our Master Bedroom. We hope this does not cause any issue with you all. So far our guests have just been crazy over them and they love our guests:)

Our maximum occupancy is 4-guests with only one vehicle per-guest room=2 and must not block mail box or fire hydrant. No Outdoor music, radios, musical Instruments, or other devices that produce or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line. The use of outdoor amenities and /or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am is prohibited.. The person entering the rental contract, must be at least 25 years of age. This responsible person, must sign a "Guest Agreement Acknowledgement" form, you will find in our kitchen and posted in both guest rooms.

Less then 20 minutes away some of the largest festivals -Coachella-Stage Coach-Summer Slash and the new Rock Fest. In early November, one of the nations best Gay Pride celebrations as well as The White Party, Bear fest and the Dinah Shore Classic. With the amazing year around weather here, on going shows and attractions all thru this beautiful valley, there is always something fun to do, or just spend a few hours, gathering some rays, in and around the pool.
