Our home is ideally located in central Palm Springs, just minutes from the heart of the city’s vibrant LGBTQ+ community. Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive away and offers a lively mix of bars, clubs, shops, and restaurants, along with Arenas Road — the center of the local LGBTQ+ nightlife scene.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a convenient shopping plaza with everything you might need during your stay. It includes an Albertsons grocery store, two Starbucks (one inside Albertsons and one standalone in the same plaza), four casual dining restaurants, and Steel Gym, a well-known and popular local fitness spot. All are clean, easy, and very nice options just steps away.

You’re welcome to play music inside the house — just please keep outdoor areas quiet. Parking The number of vehicles allowed is based on the number of bedrooms at the property and applies at all times. You’re welcome to use the driveway and garage as provided. Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) Palm Springs requires a 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on all short-term stays. Misterb&b does not collect this tax, so as hosts, we are required to collect it separately after booking. The TOT request will be sent through Misterb&b’s messaging system. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Pool & Hot Tub Heating If you’d like the pool heated, we’re happy to arrange it. The fee is $75 per day to cover energy costs. For stays longer than three days, the heating fee is negotiable — just let us know in advance and we’ll work with you. ✨ Hot tub heating is complimentary and ready for your enjoyment at no additional charge. Pool heating is available year-round upon request, and any applicable fees will be collected separately and requested through Misterb&b’s messaging system.

Stunning and zen-inspired indeed! This was an incredibly amazing experience for the five of us that stayed here for a long weekend. The house, so tastefully decorated, and well equipped with all of what we needed for our stay. An absolute home run. The beds in particular were very comfortable, the amenities all there and the location was excellent! No traffic or noise, just around the corner from all-you-need strip mall and access to freeways. Cherry on top, the owners; they would go out of their way to accommodate their guests and they truly made this stay so easy for all of us. Absolutely recommended!

I had the most wonderful stay in Palm Springs! The home was absolutely beautiful—honestly even better than the pictures. Everything was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable. Alex and Robert were amazing hosts—super friendly, responsive, and accommodating with every detail. Location is minutes from shopping centers and downtown PS. I can't recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again next time I'm in town!

Everything about this place is perfect! It is beautifully decorated, clean, inviting, and has all the amenities one would seek from a vacation home. Great communication from Robert and Alex! The location is actual walking distance to a gym, grocery store and a few restaurants. And it is just a short ride to downtown. Highly recommend this zen-inspired retreat and hope to be back soon. Thanks guys!

Location is amazing. A short walk to a shopping plaza that pretty much has everything you may need. It's not close to the Main Street in PS but that is a short drive away. VERY spacious. Beautifully decorated, comfortable couch and beds. I loved the property Robert and Alex were quick to answer whatever questions I may have had. I would definitely stay at this property again if/when I return to PS.

Communication was great with hosts Robert and Alex, but it wasn't intrusive. The pool was amazing and what I loved was the property has a very private modern backyard. Beds were comfy, accessible washer and dryer which is vital. Close enough to downtown without the hassles of downtown. There is a grocery store and Starbucks very close. I would return without hesitation to Robert and Alex's property. Thank you to you both for sharing your beautiful home.
