THE ANNEXE is air conditioned . Bowral gets cold. With high ceilings it takes air conditioner about 15 minutes to get to about 22c. There is a heater under the air ******** it at 18 otherwise it trips the thermostat on air con & the vault ceilings & far side of space won’t heat . You need to hit TWO SWITCHES for air con to work- the handset plus switch to rhs of French doors under the unit. It helps particularly at night if you close curtains & blinds ,& internal doors , to keep the heat in. The polished concrete floors have rugs but we suggest you bring some slippers. Park under glass closest to Annexe - one space only for Annexe. Broadband available. Security lights come on at night arrival & are on timers. Alarms on auto control . Please see all GATES are kept CLOSED except on coming & going. Happy to offer advice B4 & during stay. Late night supermarkets Woollies & Coles. We tend to live out of HARIS FARM. Drives ,restaurants, sport, galleries, wineries, golf ,happy to’ make recommendations. Cinema, Festivals, Gardens, Races - we have a fair amount of local knowledge . We try to have some guides & maps on site . ANNEXE & MAIN HOUSE CAN BE LET SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER. We find most guests respect each other’s privacy - some are happy to share a chat or glass of wine. Property organized that except on drive both have full privacy. We are dog friendly but dogs are not to be left inside without a adult. If you have a question ask. Justin
