Welcome to Vision Vacation Victories, LLC. By booking a property through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Reservations A 50% ******** is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before check-in. Payment must be made via credit card (CC processing fee applies). 2. Cancellation Policy Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund: Cancel 7–14 days before check-in. No refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. 3. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs are not guaranteed but you may request them. 4. Age Requirement The minimum rental age is 25. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in termination without refund. 5. No Pets or Smoking Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines of up to $500. 6. Property Use No house parties or large gatherings are permitted. Occupancy is limited to the maximum stated for each property. Units are provided "as is." Refunds are not issued for appliance breakdowns, cleanliness complaints, or other unforeseen issues. 7. Taxes and Fees Rentals are subject to local taxes and a non-refundable processing fee. There is a mandatory damage waiver or ******** selection to be made, it will be sent to you from Superhog after a confirmed booking. 8. Liability Vision Vacation Victories, LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. 9. Maintenance and Acts of God Report maintenance issues promptly. We are not liable for events outside our control (e.g., power outages, internet disruptions). 10. Parking and Restrictions Parking may be limited. No trailers, boats, golf carts, or motorcycles are allowed at some locations. 11. Lost Items Guests are responsible for personal belongings. A $35 fee plus shipping costs will apply for returning forgotten items. 12. Locked Closets Some closets are reserved for owner use. Tampering with locked areas is prohibited. 13. Disputes and Governing Law All bookings are governed by South Carolina law, with disputes settled in Horry County. By completing your booking, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
