House Rules: Check-In / Check-Out Check-In: After 3:00 PM Check-Out: By 10:00 AM, unless a later time has been agreed upon in advance. Please adhere to these times to allow us to prepare for the next guests. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. No Pets Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this property. Noise Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Respect the neighbors and the community. Parties and Events Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Guests Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please inform us in advance if you plan to invite visitors. Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen but kindly clean up after cooking. Please make sure to leave it in the same condition you found it. Trash Disposal Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and follow the local recycling guidelines. Respect the Property Treat the space with respect. Any damage to the property or furnishings should be reported immediately. Parking Please park only in the designated parking areas. If you need assistance with parking, don’t hesitate to ask. Safety and Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share the key code or key with anyone else. Respect for Shared Spaces If you are sharing any common areas, please be considerate of other guests’ privacy and space. Damage / Breakages Accidents happen! If anything gets damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps us maintain the property for future guests.
