Have you ever wanted to live in an Andy Warhol painting? Experience the most colorful condo, high in the clouds, where every corner, every piece of square inch is a work of art. Your guest room has it's own en suite bathroom, and another half bath right outside plus full use of kitchen, living room, terrace, and I might let you use my see-through blue tub in my bedroom. you've never seen anything like this, and have to see it to believe, reach out and let's hang when you're here. The breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling glass walls in this corner unit on the 40th floor will absolutely blow your mind. incredible view of downtown, Biscayne Bay, Venetian Islands, Star Island, all 9 of the Cruise ships and watching them make a U-turn everyday will be one of the highlights! there's a mini mall in the bottom floor of my building that has a brand new Starbucks, 5 restaurants, a deli/liquor store/smoke shop/clothing and more. my condo sits directly next door to a park with 2 tennis courts/2 volleyball/outdoor gym/2 dog parks/children's park, basketball court and it's on the bay directly looking over the water. the gym in my building also has everything you need and has an incredible water view as well. the best part about where I live, (Edgewater is the nickname) is that it's dead in the center of all things Miami. literally centrally located from everywhere you wanna go. I live 12 mins from the airport, 5 minutes from Wynwood, 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Brickell, 15 to Coconut Grove, 20 mins to Coral Gables. 15 minutes to South Beach, 10 minutes to the Design District, 25 minutes to the nude beach in Haulover, 20 minutes to Key Biscayne. My house is a fun house, meant to be enjoyed and explored, my bedroom is open to the living room but there's a hidden wall that I will close when guests are here, the giant see through blue bath tub is in my bedroom, but I may let guests use it, case by case basis. I do offer several different types of massage, please DM for more info. there's a gym, and pool and jacuzzi in my building, and a Starbucks in the lobby. general rules - if you are staying longer than a couple days, feel free to help with your own dishes/take out the trash, otherwise I'm pretty easy going.
