The kitchen features an island with a breakfast bar and stainless appliances including a small dishwasher, a large refrigerator/freezer and gas range. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your culinary aspirations. And you can serve this cuisine at a casual dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and stylish compact vanity. A utility room adjacent to the kitchen features a stacked washer/dryer and additional storage.

From the living room, a set of sliding doors open out to the spacious poolside patio with comfortable deep seating chairs --an inviting place to relax and enjoy a cocktail sitting poolside under the covered patio.
