This nicely updated MidCentury-style Guesthouse is located in a prestigious residential neighborhood, near Ruth Hardy Park and walking distance to the restaurants and boutiques of the Uptown Design District. The unit has one off-street parking + secure gate access to a private entry courtyard with dining area, BBQ and casual seating set in a garden patio.
The home has been updated with contemporary flair with tile floors throughout with new energy-efficient aluminum windows that flood the unit with light. The living room overlooks the pool--perfect for entertaining or just watching television. The cute bedroom area has a queen bed + closet. The kitchen features an island with a breakfast bar and stainless appliances including a small dishwasher, a large refrigerator/freezer and gas range. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your culinary aspirations. And you can serve this cuisine at a casual dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and stylish compact vanity. A utility room adjacent to the kitchen features a stacked washer/dryer and additional storage.
From the living room, a set of sliding doors open out to the spacious poolside patio with comfortable deep seating chairs --an inviting place to relax and enjoy a cocktail sitting poolside under the covered patio. For sun lovers there is also a separate patio area with lounge chairs and umbrella with mountain views and shared pool..
