Banana tree view studio apartment in the heart of Phuket, with bathtub

The studio apartment is an oasis in quite an urban part of Phuket. It has been renovated recently and offers a fantastic view of banana and bamboo trees. There is a bathub with shower. The kitchen is small but well equipped. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a washing machine in the lobby and plenty of laundry services in the area. Smoking is allowed on the kitchen balcony. the studio is on the first floor, so there are some stairs. situated at the end of the hallway, it offers some privacy from other tenants. most of the residents in the building are local thais; I have even seen a diapered-duck wearing a tiara waddling around in the building. Most of the gay scene is at Patong, but also at Phuket Town, and the studio is between the two destinations. Patong is about 30 mins away, Phuket Town is about 15 minutes away. The BEST gyms on the Island are 10 minutes away at Soi Ta-iad, the whole street is all about training, boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and the restaurants really do cater to the protein-rich. there are western supermarkets 20 minutes away, and plently of street food markets.
