El Hangar is a very centric guest house located in Miami Springs, only 10 minutes from the International Airport of Miami and less than 5 minutes from Miami Springs Downtown, located in a Residential neighborhood, very centric yet very quiet, safe, clean and peaceful. This cute 2 floor guest home welcomes up to 3 guests as it has a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the leaving room. It offers WiFi, Coffee Station, Wine & Snacks, parking for up to 3 cars and private entrance. It has a terrace and a balcony, it’s very spacious and comfortable near all the restaurants in the area. House is protected by recording Ring cameras, outside of the property and all guests must sign out Terms of Agreements before entering the property!

Early check in and late check out have to be informed in advance and it’s subject to approval. No smoking or vaping allowed! No parties, events, fire arms, fireworks, confetti or glitter! Please be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours which are from 10pm to 8am! No loud music is allowed! No pets except for service animals. Children must be supervised at all times, specially near the stairway & balcony! Maximum capacity is 3 guests! Maximum parking capacity is 3 cars! All guests must read and sign our Terms of Agreements before entering the property. Check in information will be sent once the TOS is signed by guests. Visits are allowed but please inform us first you’ll be receiving guests!
