Nice 4/2 home with pool near Disney Parks!

All our guests must provide their email and must sign our Terms of Agreements before check in time. Children must be supervised at all times, specially near pool, jacuzzi, backyard, kitchen, bbq and porch. In this home parties and events are prohibited. (No fireworks, confetti or glitter) Our maximum guests capacity is 8 guests! Visits are allowed with previous notification. Absolutely No Smoking inside the house, except for the designated smoking area at the backyard. The violation of this rule, may result in a fine. Our home is pet friendly, however pets are subject to approval, dogs are welcome, but we charge an extra $100 per dog, as our cleaners have to deep clean after each booking with pets. Maximum dogs allowed 3. Our home is protected and secured by Ring, we have recording cameras at the entrance, parking lot, pool area and backyard for our guests safety and security, these cameras can’t be covered or blocked at anytime!
