House Guest Policy for Nomad Nook To ensure a comfortable and secure stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines regarding house guests: Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 4 overnight guests, as outlined in your reservation. Additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval. Notification of Visitors: If you plan to have any visitors during your stay, please notify us in advance for security reasons. If you want to have more than 4 individuals at the property at any time during your stay (including visitors during the day), please notify us in advance for safety and space considerations. Unauthorized guests may be asked to leave. Respect for Neighbors: Please ensure that any visitors respect the peaceful environment of the neighborhood. Loud noise, disruptive behavior, or parties are not allowed. Liability for Guests: Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors. Any damages caused by visitors will be the responsibility of the registered guest. Parking: Please leave the area between the mailbox and the driveway open. Visitors must park on the street where permitted. Please avoid blocking driveways or disturbing neighbors. Security: For everyone's safety, ensure doors and windows remain locked when visitors are present or when leaving the property. For added peace of mind, there is a video doorbell and exterior perimeter cameras coupled with floodlights to provide extra security. Animals/pets: No animals/pets, please, as they are not permitted and violators will be charged for cleaning of animal urine, feces, vomit, any other animal fluids, excessive hair/fur, damaged furniture/property, and/or any additional cleaning services needed to restore the unit prior to the booking. Photography/videography: No commercial photography or videography. Smoking/vaping: No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property. Please use side deck for any smoking/vaping. Be mindful of any smoking/vaping related trash and dispose of it responsibly and safely. There are smoke and carbon dioxide detectors inside the unit. Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are from 11pm-7am as to not disturb the neighbors. Before you go: - Please take out your trash/recycling to the designated bins in front of the deck. - Please turn off lights, fans, and TV’s. - Please lock all windows and front door when leaving the property. - Check out time is 11am. We want your stay to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and these guidelines help us maintain the homes comfort, safety, and cleanliness for all guests.
