Julie was an amazing host from the minute I booked the room she texted me welcoming me and responded quickly when I had questions When I checked in Julie and her husband welcomed me and showed me around. The house is beautiful and the accommodations were even better than the pictures. They even included very thoughtful toiletries everything I could need and more (sunscreen, toothbrush, etc). I definitely recommend this listing and couldn't be more appreciative to Julie and her husband.

We really enjoyed our stay. They were very nice and accommodating for a last minute visit. Communication was easy, the place was clean and comfortable and we felt very welcome. We would definitely stay at Julie's place again.

What a wonderful place to stay! Traveled down to Santa Barbara for a wedding, and this room was perfect for the night! Clean, spacious, and in close proximity to where I needed to be. Julie and her husband were also super accommodating and welcoming. You can tell they love opening their home to travelers! Will definitely reach out for a place to stay again in the future!

Julie & Larry were absolute gems as hosts! I couldn't have asked for a more inviting, care free, safe space. It happened to be the only booking available and it was exactly where I needed to be.

Julie and Larry are the best hosts! My partner and I spent two nights at their home. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and spotless. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with pool and Jacuzzi, a resort style setting. There is a 3.5 mile long trail at the corner of the street takes you to the beach. Julie and Larry changed their activities to accommodate our schedule, shared everything in their kitchen with us so that we can cook my gluten free meals. Breakfast is also provided with fresh fruits and home made blueberry bread and coffee. We had great conversation and shared our stories. Julie and Larry did everything that made us feel we are home with family. We cannot wait to go back to see them again. Highly recommended if you are in Santa Barbara.

Julie and Larry were very accommodating and great hosts. They made us feel right at home. The place is beautiful and peaceful. The pool, jacuzzi and beverages 👌🏼 "thank you Larry"- my favorite part was our conversation during coffee and snacks provided by Julie ❤ you are awesome!!! ...after that, I wanted to stay longer but partner needed to be home early.

This "Paradise" comes from a PFLAG family who went over the top to offer a quality stay. Super friendly folks. The directions are easy and it's short drive from dwntn. SB. I almost considered extending my stay because of how nice everything was: quality linens, towels, and mattress, amenities, waterfall shower, quiet, almost private street, & WIFI. Julie & her husband are retired professionals whose home is inviting. I wish I had time to enjoy the private, lush patio. You won't be disappointed.
