Located in a quiet street, a stone's throw from the town center, I offer this private 30 m2 duplex studio in the heart of Outremeuse's historic and folkloric district.
The studio, bathed in natural light, is located on the second floor of my house.
Ideal for up to two people, it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

Fully equipped kitchen: two induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, etc.
Private bathroom with shower and WC.
Bed linen and towels provided.
WIFI connection included.

Just a stone's throw from the RAVeL (footpath along the Meuse).
Close to the Barbou and Saint-Luc schools and the University of Liège (ULiège).
A 15-minute walk from the Théâtre de Liège, the Opera, and the historic heart of the city.
