Space & luxury await in this beautiful vacation rental right in the heart of Dallas/ Ft Worth!
The great room (living/ dining/ chef's kitchen) is all set and fully stocked with all the supplies and amenities to make this a memorable stay. Just bring the groceries and the family & friends to enjoy together time for all.
There are 5 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, crib, and an on-suite bathroom. A second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 have queen beds & the other has 4 beds - 2 bunkbeds) with 2 attached bathrooms.
The garage has been converted into a game room and there is a separate game room upstairs with a pool table and arcade games.
*** The backyard is currently under complete renovation to add a below ground swimming pool, tanning ledge, spa, dry sauna, outdoor kitchen (w/ 36 professional grill, power burner, electric smoker, refrigerator, ice maker, etc., etc.
As of January 20, 2025, the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen are completed! This week, the local municipality is coming for the final round of inspections before we can lay the new pool deck/ patio and request a new gas meter. After that, we can finally take a dip in the pool and fire up the grill!
With this in mind, the garage and back yard are currently off limits to guests until the construction is completed.

2. Smoking/ vaping in or around the property is strictly prohibited inside and outside. Additional fees will be charged for any guest who violates this policy.
3. No parties of events unless they are approved by your hosts in advance of your stay.
We reserve the right to restrict access to any group who brings unregistered guests.
4. Quiet time if 10 pm to 8 am daily. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
5. Check ins are strictly 4 pm, and check out is 10 am (without prior approval of your hosts)
6. No food or drink in the bedrooms
7. All overnight visitors must be checked in through the booking platform. Additional fees applied for unregistered guests
8. Please remove your shoes in carpeted areas.
9. Please treat our home as your would your own and be conscious of our neighbors.
