I want you to be able to enjoy your stay, and don't want to put too many limits on you. Here are some rules and notes about what you are allowed, and what you're not allowed to do:
- Pets: I welcome your furry little loved one, as long as they are trained. The apartment's courtyard is fitted with cat netting, which prevents cats and dogs from escaping the premises. If you would like to bring your furry family members, please let me know so I can prepare a litter tray/food/water bowl
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited to smoke cigarettes in my apartment (if you're a cigarette smoker, please smoke in the courtyard).
- Guests: I'm okay with visitors, as long as they're not loud in the walkway/corridor
- Photography/Filming: Absolutely fine by me for you to take photos or film videos for whatever purpose
- Quiet hours/Events: There are no quiet hours, so feel free to watch a movie whatever time you want, or listen to music however you seem fit. But please ensure when you're in the hallway, you don't make noise. As for events, I'm happy for you to host as long as everyone respects the space, and nothing gets damaged. Please ensure you use the rubbish though to limit insects.
