Quiet,spacious, renovated beach condo. 700 square feet one bedroom, one and a half bath unit on top floor with assigned parking. Laundry, pool and tennis court onsite. Sunny screened-in balcony. Home theater/projector. Queen sized bed and queen sized sofa bed. Centrally located, ten minute drive to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach and to St Pete airport, 30 minutes to Tampa airport, downtown Tampa, downtown St Pete. Lots of green space, parks, outdoor gym, and restaurants within walking distance from the condo.
Minimum stay one month. You’ll have to fill out a brief application for my HOA before arrival.

Lots of LGBTQ+ welcoming businesses in the area - check out Addicted to the Bean coffee shop and Gigglewaters speakeasy/movie theater. Cocktail and all the gay bars of St Petersburg are about 25 minutes away. Same with Tampa.
