Guests are only able to access the driveway, yard areas/exterior portions of the house, and the listing space (master bedroom and bathroom). We are available if requested to handle any comments, questions, or concerns during your stay. Do not hesitate to reach out to us. Some more information about the space includes the following (this list will be updated as we get bookings): Ambient Noise: since the space is a master bedroom with a bathroom there may be noise at times coming from the main house. If this bothers you at any point, please let us know! Strict No Guest Policy: We do not allow guests who are not on the reservation to be on the premises unless discussed with us beforehand by messaging/writing to us. This includes someone "just stopping by for a few minutes". This is to ensure your security as well as ours. As such, please verify that the correct number of guests are entered before you submit your request. Quiet Hours: 11PM - 6AM. This is to ensure we can all be ready for work the next day. Quiet hours mean hush voices and switching TV/Music audio from speakers to headphones. Note: TV audio can stream to Bluetooth devices in settings. We promise to respect these hours as well, only thing you may hear is light footsteps from the rest of the living space. Must park in driveway, not along surface street curbs. We will always leave the driveway open for you. Please be aware that we are in the range of where golf balls will be hit onto our property. By agreeing to these rules and deciding to stay at our listing, you agree to not hold us liable for any damage incurred by golf balls being hit by golfers. If you prefer alternative parking arrangements, please do not hesitate to let us know before you arrive at the property. We will try to accommodate your alternative parking arrangements as much as possible. No sand in unit and especially down drains. We have old plumbing that is very susceptible to costly damage from sand, flushable wipes, etc (there is a sanitary bin in the bathroom). If you have sandy feet, please be sure to rinse them prior to entering the unit. There is a garden hose adjacent to your entry. No smoking on premises. No candles, lighters, or cooking with an open flame inside the unit. Outdoor noise is to be kept to a minimum out of respect to neighbors, but by all means please enjoy the backyard and patio furniture! Accidents happen! If anything breaks or needs a little TLC during your stay - please let us know so we can start working on it right away.
