Super-helpful staff!! Offered much help in getting oriented and settled. Additional cost breakfast was very substantial and nice! Not far from center city, restaurants and attractions. Directly across the street from train station, METRO and near bus station. Walls are rather "thin" and loud guests in the hall could easily be heard. Overall a satisfying stay.

The hotel is like a stopover if you're staying just for a day.. because it's close to the train and bus stations.. but if you're staying longer, it's worth getting somewhere a bit closer to the center, the distance isn't much but the city's slopes make a difference. As for the room, there were towels, shampoo and everything needed, it just lacks a bit of warmth in the decoration, some bed runners would be nice. The beds had mattresses that weren't very soft. For one night it was fine. The reception is very good because you have space at any time to have something to eat or drink while you wait for some downtime. We appreciated them keeping our luggage after check-out until 2:30.
