Guests are required to show a valid passport or national ID card upon check-in. The property reserves the right to request a prepayment Please note that the building has no lift. Guests travelling with children under the age of 18, have to book a private room or dorm room to be used only by the child and family or group of people. Children cannot share dorms with strangers. Children under 12 years old are not accepted at the hostel. Group booking conditions: - A group is considered a reservation with ten (10) or more guests; - The Best Guest Hostel reserves the right to only accept group bookings for a minimum of three (3) nights. - A pre-payment will be requested by the property; - In case of a cancelation, a partial or total modification of the reservation, the amount paid is non-refundable. In case the conditions of group bookings described above are not met, the property has the right to cancel the reservation.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff was always very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and overall the experience was positive. However, I was disappointed because my sandals went missing after the cleaning service, and unfortunately no one could explain what happened or provide a solution. I hope management pays more attention to this situation and reviews the cleaning staff procedures, as it affects the trust and experience of guests.
