Carlos is a nice guy, but unfortunately his apartment is not clean, no heating or air conditioning, bedding from 1980, in the bathroom no hot water, his garden looks very neglected and there's construction material lying everywhere from his building site. Really, you can't rent something like this, I find it a shame that I have to write this review, but I don't want someone else to have such a bad experience as I did. On top of that, there are very many cats running around everywhere. He should put real pictures in his listing, bedroom, bathroom, etc. Still, I wish you all the best, dear Carlos, and please don't be angry with me for telling the truth. You should finish your construction site first and then everything will be good for you, that's my advice for you.

Compact, clean and tidy hotel, perfectly located in the old town and positioned between the beaches of Lavante and Benidorm. Rooms are cozy, but fine for one or two nights great position for gay bars and nightlife. Nice little rooftop bar gives great views of the resort

The mattresses are really uncomfortable. You feel every spring in them. At check-in they asked us about breakfast. We insisted that we needed plant-based milk due to intolerances. They guaranteed we would have it. On the first breakfast there wasn't any, and neither on the second day, I had to buy it myself at the nearby supermarket. The wifi didn't allow the necessary connection to use the laptop. And the windows didn't fit well, so it was cold at night.

Perfect location for gay bars. The square outside the hotel is a great place to start for restaurants, etc. The room I had was a double with a balcony. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast good.
