The Hotel Al Fiume is located 2.5 mi from Locarno and Ascona, the only hotel in the area away from the main roads and train tracks, located in a peaceful green garden with tropical plants, directly on the sandy beach of the Maggia river, ideal for bathing and diving.

All south-facing rooms have their own entrance door, a cozy living room with sitting area, wireless internet access, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and balcony or garden.

Bicycles and umbrellas for the beach are available free of charge at the Al Fiume hotel.

The surroundings offer many opportunities for sports including hiking, (mountain) bike rides, diving, free climbing, paragliding and the like.
