Premiere Classe Poitiers Futuroscope - Chasseneuil

Despite professional and pleasant reception, the quality of this room was not up to par. Granted, given the price, I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel, but a minimum standard seems required. In the room, only one light fixture worked, controlled from the entrance. The switches for the two lamps at the head of the bed were "locked" with tape. I had the unpleasant surprise of discovering a stained sheet (blood or rust?). Fortunately, the room was equipped with twin beds with separate sheets. The window curtain was partially detached from the rail it was supposed to slide on and therefore didn't fully close the window. Again, fortunately a functional shutter was present. In short, it's a good thing the reception and professionalism of the staff softened this bad experience. When I left, when I reported these issues at the reception, I was informed that renovations were underway at the hotel.

The stay at this listing was completed successfully, and there were no complaints from the guests.
