The need-to-knows

Good to know

Guests travelling with a pet need to inform the hotel 3 days prior to arrival. An additional cleaning fee of 20 Euro will apply. From July 1, 2026, the city of Mainz will levy a city tax on paid overnight stays. This municipal tax is legally mandated and is charged in addition to the accommodation price. The amount of the tax depends on the accommodation price per person per night and currently ranges from €2.00 to €5.00 per person per night. The city tax will be shown separately at the time of booking or at the latest upon arrival and will be paid to the city of Mainz. Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have.
