Unveiling the Hotel

Hotel Helvetia Thermal SPA 4s features a modern SPA center set in a large natural cave. A large Hammam, a Swimming pool with 34 degrees hot tub, and water cascades are available and included in all reservation.

SPA is opened every day from 10.00am to 11.00pm and the Bathrobe is always included and free in your room.

All rooms, renovated in July 2025, have elegant furnishings, together with air conditioning, an LCD TV and mini-bar. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel.

The hotel’s swimming pool contains thermal water with dissolved minerals. It is beneficial for blood circulation, vascular problems and relaxation. There are rules to follow for everyone's well-being and to maintain relaxation, such as not using cell phones inside the spa area.

The hotel is in the center of Porretta Terme, near the Reno River. The 17th century Madonna Del Faggio Sanctuary is 3.7 mi from the Hotel Helvetia Thermal SPA.

Please note that the spa centre comes at a surcharge. Children under 14 are not permitted in the spa centre. The outdoor hot tub is available for children in summer. In order to access the spa and pool, swimming caps are mandatory. Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Please note that, in order to access the property, all guests are requested upon check-in to show a green pass or a negative swab performed within 48 hours before arrival or a certificate of healing. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs. Please note that the following services, SPA and restaurant, will be unavailable from 27/04 to 30/05/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
