Only a part of this hotel is wheelchair accessible. Please contact the hotel if you need a room on ground floor or one that is accessible by elevator. The municipality of The Hague and HTM are working on more than 25 areas in the city of The Hague in order to make the public transport more accessible and safer bicycle tracks. Therefore work will be done during these coming months. This is planned from June to November 2022. Works will be done between 06:30 and 16:00 on weekdays. During this period, guests may experience some disturbances and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. At check-in, you are required to present your credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID or passport you provide at check-in. Both the credit card and ID must be physically shown (no photos or copies allowed). Guests arriving after 19:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance for check in details. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Only a part of this hotel is wheelchair accessible. Please contact the hotel if you need a room on ground floor or one that is accessible by elevator. A €200 deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card. This deposit will be fully refunded via credit card upon check-out, after inspection of the accommodations for any damage.
