Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. When traveling with dogs or cats, please note that an extra charge of 10 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow dogs or cats with a maximum weight of 15 kilos. Pets are allowed in the hotel room, at the reception and in the lounge areas. Pets are prohibited to enter the restaurant. Please note that supplement fee and rules do not apply to service dogs (you need to show an official document to proof that it is a service dog). A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
