Tom and Catinka Birks are passionate chefs who met and fell in love at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in London. He is English by birth, she is from South Africa. Her passion for cooking can be tasted in every dish of her modern European cuisine, which is predominantly prepared with seasonal products from the Markgräflerland region.

The wine list also reflects this connection to the world, without forgetting its roots in the Markgräflerland. It offers a diverse selection of carefully selected wines.

They have already proven that the two know their craft as hosts of their former restaurant Taberna in Müllheim. There they were awarded in the Gault&Millau and recommended in the Michelin Guide.
