This Alpine-style hotel is surrounded by forest countryside in the Black Forest Nature Park, 2.5 mi from Lake Schluchsee. The spacious rooms at Hotel Hirschen are furnished in a country house style and feature a private bathroom. All rooms include a seating area with satellite TV, and some have a balcony.

The rustic-style lounge at Hotel Hirschen features wood paneling and a traditional tiled stove. A daily buffet breakfast and a selection of Black Forest specialties are served here.

The Hirschen is surrounded by hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing trails, and is 9.3 mi from the Feldberg Mountain. Parking is free at Hotel Hirschen. It is a 40-minute drive from Freiburg and the A5 motorway. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of Eur 16.00 per day. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in/key collection.
