Located in South Male Atoll, 16 mi from Male City, Kaani Grand Seaview is a beach front property that features a spa center, fitness center and a conference room.

Located directly opposite the Bikini Beach, the in-house restaurant serves local and Western cuisine, accompanied with views of the blue lagoon.
There is a 24-hour front desk where the staff can assist with airport transfer, luggage storage and tour arrangements at onsite excursion center.
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including snorkeling, diving and cycling. The hotel also offers bicycle rental. The nearest airport is Male International Airport, 16 mi from Kaani Grand Seaview.
Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability Children aged 0–2 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children aged 2–5 years incur an additional charge of USD 20 per night when using existing beds. Please note that a Green Tax of USD 12 per child per night is applicable additionally. Please share your flight details with the property before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer. The property can be reached by a speedboat ferry. Kaani Speed Boat Ferry Service (Available Everyday) Maafushi to Airport - 08:00 - 12:30 - 17:00 Airport to Maafushi - 10:45 - 15:00 - 18:00 Festive and New Year mandatory Surcharge: USD 80 per adult and USD 50 per child (2–10 years) for the Gala Dinner on Festive, for stays on 24th December. USD 100 per adult and USD 50 per child (2–10 years) for the Gala New Year's Eve Dinner & Celebrations, for stays on 31st Dec. Infant (0–2 years): Free of cost.
