For yoga and fitness exercises, a mat with a yoga block, a fascia roller, and resistance bands are available. Additionally, there are kettlebells and weights ranging from 2 to 10 kg, a medicine ball, and a large mirror to support your workout. A TV screen with screen mirroring functionality allows you to stream training videos directly from your smartphone. After your session, you can relax on the adjoining balcony.
