-Children under the age of 8 cannot access the SPA. Children aged 8 to 15 can access from 9.30 to 13.00. From the age of 16, access is allowed without restrictions. Hours may vary due to service needs. - The Wellness Centre and Gym will be closed from 28 September 2026 until 12 October 2026, inclusive. - From 13 October 2026 until Spring 2027, renovation works will be carried out on the outdoor swimming pool. During this period, the outdoor area will not be accessible. - During the renovation works, the indoor Spa pool and the adjacent area located in the park will also remain closed to ensure maximum safety and hygiene standards and to avoid possible contamination. - During this period, access to the Spa is reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 years and over. Children will not be admitted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
