Hotel Medici is set in a 19th-century building in Milazzo's historic center. It is 328 feet from the cathedral, 1640 feet from the castle, and a 5-minute walk from the harbor for ferries to Aelioan Islands. Rooms offer air conditioning and hydromassage showers.
