Upon check out, I reported two things to the front desk: in the bathroom, there were at least three or four scorch marks that looked like someone pressed a hot iron to the wall and melted the wallpaper or paint; and there were long curly hairs in the bathtub that I cleaned up myself before using the shower (I have short straight hair). I was only there one night and basically only used the bathroom twice in my short stay, but I definitely did not feel welcome and I will be very reluctant to stay with here again or at any other Comfort Inn. And my check-out folio says that I can't even apply my stay to the Choice Privileges program, so that seems like a waste of a loyalty program, if you do this kind of online booking for a good value rate.
