Please note that the property will only be open for breakfast from 01/06/2026 to 15/09/2026. If you arrive after check-in hours, you can request a late check-in independently: after payment by card, send your documents via whatsapp to +39 3296285122 or +39 3408344313. on arrival day, you will receive all details, including the code for the key box if the entrance is closed. Breakfast is served from 7:45 am to 10:00 am only; after this time, it will no longer be available. The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00 during your stay (outside these hours, management is not responsible for any incidents). pool towels can be rented from staff (€5). on check-out day, the pool is available until 10:30 am. In twin rooms, beds cannot be joined. for one double bed, please book a double room. Pets are welcome, but must be declared at booking. supplement: €5/day (payable at the property). Additional linen costs €5. The minibar is for hotel beverages only. guests may use the shared fridge/freezer in the breakfast room for personal items.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
